Prize wheel rules

Exact odds

Each valid spin has a 50% chance of no discount, a 45% chance of 10% off, a 4% chance of 15% off, and a 1% chance of 100% off one Single Tag Pack. The result is selected securely on Snagit’s server; the wheel animation only reveals that result.

Who can spin

The offer is intended for customers ordering from Snagit in Sri Lanka. One spin is available per person and browser approximately every 30 days. We may use privacy-preserving browser and network signals to enforce this limit and stop automated or repeated entries.

Using a prize

A valid result is reserved in the same browser for 48 hours and is applied automatically at checkout. The 10% and 15% results apply to the displayed product and selected delivery total for one physical order. The 100% result covers one Single Tag Pack and either free pickup or its calculated courier charge. Selecting another pack with a 100% result will ask you to return to the eligible Single Tag Pack.

Limits

A result can be used once, cannot be combined with another offer, transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash, and has no value after it expires. No purchase is required to spin. Normal product, delivery, return, and service terms still apply to an order placed with a prize.

Fair use and availability

Automated entries, identity or device manipulation, false details, and other attempts to bypass the limit may be rejected. Snagit may pause or end the promotion, correct a clear technical error, or replace an unavailable prize with an equivalent benefit, while honouring valid orders already accepted where reasonably possible.
