Coverage

Snagit offers island-wide delivery to valid addresses in Sri Lanka. International delivery is not currently offered.

Fees

The delivery fee is calculated by location and shown at checkout before an order is placed. Store pickup from 550/06/C, 9th Lane, Janapada Street, Daluwakotuwa, Kochchikade, Sri Lanka is free where offered.

Estimated timing

Payment and tracking

Cash on delivery is available where shown at checkout. Bank transfer and PayHere may also be offered. Tracking or fulfilment updates appear on the order page or are sent using the contact details supplied.

Address problems

Customers must provide a complete address and reachable phone number. If a parcel is returned because those details were incomplete or incorrect, another delivery fee may apply.
