Where we deliver

We deliver physical Snagit tags to valid addresses across Sri Lanka. We do not currently offer international delivery.

Charges

One fixed nationwide delivery charge applies to every physical order, regardless of pack or quantity. The current charge and complete order total are shown clearly at checkout before you place the order.

Processing and delivery time

Confirmed bank-transfer orders and cash-on-delivery orders are normally prepared within 2–3 business days and delivered within 2–5 additional business days, depending on the destination and courier conditions. Public holidays, severe weather, access restrictions, and high-volume periods may cause delays.

Tracking and receipt

Your order page shows the latest payment and fulfilment status. When tracking is available, it appears there or is sent using the contact details supplied at checkout.

Incorrect or undeliverable addresses

Please check the delivery address before paying. If an order is returned because the supplied address or phone number was incomplete or incorrect, a new delivery charge may apply.
